Vendriks (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that allows users (“you”, “store owners”, “merchants”) to build and manage online stores.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to operate a business in Nepal.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of your store content, pricing, and product data.
• You must comply with local laws and avoid prohibited products such as weapons, drugs, and counterfeit goods.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate stores violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Your subscription covers usage of our platform features according to your selected plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium). You can upgrade or downgrade anytime by contacting our team.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data when you interact with our website and platform.

Information We Collect

• Account details (name, email, contact, subdomain)
• Store configuration, product data, and analytics
• Payment gateway keys (securely encrypted)
• Usage logs for security and support purposes

How We Use It

• To provide and improve platform functionality
• To send billing and service-related communications
• To troubleshoot technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is stored in secure servers (MongoDB Atlas, Render, or VPS) with SSL/TLS encryption.

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every plan. However, since Vendriks is a SaaS subscription, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

• Trial plans are completely free — no charges apply.
• Paid subscriptions can be canceled anytime; future renewals will stop immediately.
• Refunds for monthly or yearly plans are available within 7 days of purchase if no active tenant store data is used commercially.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or for violations of our Terms of Service.

For refund requests, please email support@vendriks.com with your store subdomain and payment details.

Vendriks uses cookies and analytics to understand usage patterns and improve performance. You can control cookies via your browser settings, but some features may not function properly if disabled.

We may update our Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
